There's no dominant comp in this bracket
8072 runs produced 5004 distinct comps, and even the most common one is only 0.2%.
The top 10 combined add up to just 1.8% of all runs.
How to read these numbers
Why the key levels are split into bands
What people bring changes sharply with key level. When we profiled the Korean-realm leaderboards band by band during design, a single composition took more than 40% of runs at +21 and above and one tank spec dominated the role. In the range most people run to fill their vault, the top composition did not reach 1% and the four leading tanks landed around 20% each. Those observations first came from a week that was still in progress; re-measuring on a completed week reproduced the same pattern, though the exact figures move week to week. Merging the two into one table yields an average that describes neither, which is why this page asks you to pick a band first — and why the vault band is the default: more runs land there than in any other band.
What the sample can and cannot tell you
The data comes from Blizzard's official Mythic+ leaderboards. Each leaderboard publishes at most 500 runs per realm, dungeon and week, and populous regions frequently sit at that ceiling — in our sampling, seven of eight checks returned exactly 500. So the run counts you see per band are not a measure of how much people played that band; they are a measure of how much fit inside the published window. Compare specs against each other within a band, but do not read the gap between bands as a population split.
How often this updates
Collection runs daily, but a week is the unit we store. Aggregating a week that is still running would freeze half-finished data as if it were final, so we only store a period once it has closed. Week boundaries differ by region, so the collector reads each region's own period index to decide. The figures here therefore do not move day to day: they refresh after that region's week closes and hold steady until the next one does.
What the percentages are out of
Each spec's percentage is its share within its own role. A tank spec at 31% means 31% of the tanks we counted, not 31% of all players — which is why every role carries its own sample size. Composition figures split the denominator two ways: per-composition shares divide by every run in the band, including non-standard groups such as two tanks, while tank-and-healer pair rates count only runs with exactly one tank and one healer.
